HEAVY DUTY CHARGES: Our packages do not include excessive Dirt, heavy duty cleaners needed for light interiors, mold, bodily fluids, rodents or nests. (all packages subject to heavy duty charges based on condition charge can range from $10-$40) VEHICLE TURN AROUND: At Madadashcar we take pride in our Details, a proper detail can take anywhere from 5-8 hours depending on vehicle size and Detail package requested. Free shuttle, pick up/deliver is available to accommodate. PERSONAL ITEMS: Please remove ALL personal items, car seats, bases, seat covers if needed and change from cup holders. Madadashcar is not responsible for any lost or stolen items that have not been removed from the vehicle prior to your appointment. Any items missed upon vehicle pick up, items can be retrieved at our service counter (if they are not retrieved within 30 days they will be donated.) We offer 24hr surveillance for your peace of mind and your security in the event there is any question to any part of your vehicles experience at MADADSHCAR HOURS OF OPERATION: Our shops operate Monday – Friday 8am-5pm and Saturdays by appt only. DETAIL GUARANTEE: We offer 100% Detail guarantee if you are in anyway unhappy we will reclean any areas missed. We do not issue refunds for detailing. You must return the vehicle within 48hrs from your appointment. HARD TO REACH PLACES: WE DO NOT GUARANTEE HARD TO REACH PLACES, VENTS, AND TOUGH AREAS. INTERIOR DETAIL: Our Interior detail does not include exterior windows, head liner, tough stains or guarantee personal items looking like trash. EXTERIOR DETAIL: Our Exterior detail does not guarantee scratches, hard to clean areas, rust, debris picked up from the road, truck beds or interior windows. KEYS: We ofter an early/late key drop for your convenience, please be advised if you are picking up after our Detail department is closed we will leave your keys under the mat for your convenience. LUNCH HOUR: Be advised we do close our doors from 12-1pm for lunch. SHUTTLE: We offer a FREE local shuttle in town, a small charge may apply if your destination is outside our mileage area. PICK UP/DELIVERY: Vehicles must have current registration and inspection sticker. In the event, our driver is ticketed for anything not aligned with VT state and DOT laws you as the customer are responsible for the cost of the ticket. INTERIOR SHAMPOO PACKAGE: Please note we use a water based solution to shampoo cloth seats, carpets, and mats and they will be damp at the time you pick-up your vehicle. Please crack a window to allow a speedy dry and moisture to leave your car. If possible store in a garage if cold or rainy. GIFT CARDS: Please note our gift card purchase is just like cash we do not keep on file GC purchases. In the case of loss, proof of purchase may be accepted. Our cards are sold as monetary amounts and not as packages our amounts are $25, $50, $100.
